Maintenance and repairworkshop
HPS Workshop in Bazas (France)
HPS owns a workshop of 500m² dedicated to the maintenance and repair of your tools.
The following materials are checked, repaired and verified quickly :
- crimping tools (crimping, dies, cable cutters, hydraulic pumps, hoses...),
- safety equipment (earthing, no voltage test, signaling...),
- stringing equipment (winches, reel carriers, cable clamps, wire hoists, chain lever hoists...),
- tools and accessories for lines (inspection trolleys, ladders, socks, torque wrenches...).
Maintenance truck and on-site control
Our maintenance trucks
Our maintenance truck travels to your site to control and service your tools.
The following equipment is checked, verified and repaired if necessary :
- crimping tools (crimping, dies, cable cutters, hydraulic pumps, hoses...),
- safety equipment (earthing...),
- stringing equipment (winches, reel carriers...).
Verification
Laboratory of control
HPS owns different laboratories where trained technicians are carrying out expertise.
For the most sensitive equipment, the following periodic verifications are proposed :
- determination of crimping forces or hydraulic pressures,
- verification of tensile strength,
- determination of tightening torques,
- 3D dimensional controls (Die sets),
- magnetoscopy (crimping tools),
- dielectric resistance tests up to 100 kV (insulating equipments),
- threshold measurement up to 100 kV (no voltage tester).
Tools rental
Stringing equipment
The following equipment is rented :
- crimping tools (crimping, dies, cable cutters, hydraulic pumps, hoses...),
- safety equipment (earthing, no voltage test...),
- stringing equipment (winches, reel carriers, cable clamps, wire hoists, chain lever hoists...),
- tools and accessories for lines (ladders, socks...).
From 24h to long term rental, this solution allows you to start your project without investing.
